Here I Am!!!!

Hey, everybody!  It's me, Janie, ready to be a part of the blogging world!  As a first post, this will be rather short, but here goes.  My posts will mainly be about things that have happened throughout the day, week, month, or however long I take between posts.  I'm going to try to be good about remembering that!  Anyway, today was an average Saturday in our family.  Sam and Joe had flag football games, complete with a trip to Hardee's for cinnamon raisin buns (you've got to try it!!!).  The team that Joe was playing only had a few kids show up, so Sam and Peter got to play on the other team.  I thought that was kinda fun.  We made various treats throughout the day, including cherry nut bread, peanut clusters, and peanut butter Ritz sandwiches dipped in chocolate (very easy - and delicious!!!).  I had  friend and her sister over while their parents went Christmas shopping.  We played some interesting games of Just Dance, Jenga, and Monopoly, Jr.  I will never outgrow that game - I love the little lemonade stands!!!  So there you have it - the average Saturday in our household!
